No account is required to browse the website. If booking or inquiry forms are used, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse access, suspend communication, or cancel services if misuse, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms occurs.

  • Parts work / shadow work / inner child work

  • Holosomatic bodywork

  • One-on-one sessions

  • Group sessions

  • In-person and virtual offerings

These services are supportive and educational in nature and focus on personal development, emotional awareness, and embodied integration.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

4. Disclaimer – Not Medical or Mental Health Care

The services provided do not:

  • Diagnose medical or psychological conditions

  • Replace psychotherapy, psychiatry, or medical care

  • Provide crisis or emergency support

If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, dissociation, suicidal thoughts, or are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

5. Client Responsibility & Consent

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being

  • You may pause or stop a session at any time

  • Healing outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed

You confirm that you feel ready to engage in this type of inner and somatic work.

6. In-Person Sessions & Touch

In-person holosomatic bodywork sessions may involve conscious, intentional touch. Touch is always offered with consent and respect for personal boundaries.

You may withdraw consent at any time, without explanation.

7. Virtual Sessions

Virtual sessions are conducted online and may include guided awareness, breathwork, visualization, and self-touch. No physical touch is provided by the facilitator during virtual sessions.

You are responsible for ensuring a safe, private, and appropriate environment for virtual sessions.

8. Commercial Terms, Pricing & Payments

Prices for services are listed on the website or communicated directly.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Online payment platforms (e.g. PayPal or similar)

  • Other methods as agreed

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated.

The practitioner reserves the right to modify prices, services, or offerings at any time.

9. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services, refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

If concerns arise, open communication is encouraged.

11. Intellectual Property
