Hi! I'm Lisa
I'm from Belgium and still call it home—when I'm not out exploring in my beloved van, Normita.

I’ve been deeply immersed in inner work and shadow work for over a decade now. For years, I searched through different modalities and corners of the world, trying to figure out what was “wrong” with me. Eventually, I crossed paths with some incredible teachers who helped me see that the real healing began when I stopped rejecting myself. They showed me how to soften toward the parts of me I didn’t like—sometimes even harshly judged—mostly without even realizing it.

That’s when things began to shift. About five years ago, I finally started to truly heal. And in that process, I discovered something beautiful: healing isn’t just something I needed—it’s something I love. It became my path, my passion. Healing first for myself, and if I can, help others too.

So the journey evolved—It wasn’t just about becoming aware of and healing parts I was pushing away, but also to supporting others in doing the same. It's been years of study, growth, and yes—plenty of trial and error, even in business.

Since then I've been a coach, facilitator and spaceholder for dozens of people either one-on-one or in group. At retreats or via zoom.

So I am here, showing up as fully and authentically as I can, offering what I’ve learned along the way and at your service.

Fun fact:
The name Life in Sync was born from something simple and sweet. My friends always call me ‘Lis’—and one day, it just clicked: LIS = Life in Sync.
